Over the past few years, I have had a number of reasons to visit auto bon, due to some car problems I experienced with the family's vehicles. Each time I was pleased with the staff's overall response and thoroughness. It's clear that they know vehicles well, and how to analyze and repair mechanical problems I laid at their door. What I was most impressed with, however, was the response I received personally from them. I found each person I interfaced with (from Jim to Ray) to be caring, flexible and accountable to me as a customer. Although I live out of the Simsbury area now, I still continue to return to auto bon for my vehicle care and maintenance needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else, or recommend anyone else, to colleagues, friends or relatives. You won't be disappointed, either, I promise.
