i originally left a negative review, but am updating it based on their response. My car was towed to their shop on AAA's recommendation, which included a 10% discount on labor & parts. They were prompt and professional, providing an estimate for $150 battery & $100 in labor to replace the battery. I felt it was high, but accepted it. Then at pick up the charges increased and I wasn't made aware until AFTER they ran my payment. Ultimately I was charged over $350 to replace a battery with over $200 in labor. About a month after Rai's dismissive post, the owner, Jim, contacted me directly. He said my review stuck out to him, so he looked into it further. He apologized and explained there was a billing error. I was unintentionally double charged for some labor. He is correcting the mistake. It is very clear the owner takes pride in his business and cares about customer satisfaction.
