Jim was extremely helpful. I called the night before and he was able to have our car's oil changed the next morning promptly at 8:00am. At 8:30, when completed, he told me our brakes were completely shot. I was leaving for a long trip the next morning. Jim went out of his way to make sure he could have the brakes completed the same day, and rescheduled the loaner car to accomodate me. Jim and Auto-bon are very trustworthy, service orientated, and competent and professional. Great job.Chris
