I just want to let everyone at Autobon who was involved with my recent service call just how impressed and happy I am with the service I received. I called on Friday 9/7 and explained to the service manager that my business truck(2016 Ram Promaster 1500) had lost the ability to generate headlights. I was provided an appointment for Monday 9/10 @ 8am. The technician who serviced my truck found a Tech Service Bulletin related to the headlights and repaired the truck in minimal time enabling me to get back to work. I was impressed because Autobon is not a Dodge service facility and the technician was able to research the problem and provide a prompt solution. Autobon has earned my respect and business and I will continue to service my truck and private vehicle there from now on.
