This shop is fantastic. I recently purchased a new BMW and did not know much about these cars. The first time I called was at 4:50PM on a Friday evening (they close at 5PM). Rai, the service manager, talked to me for a good 20 minutes about things I should consider when buying a used BMW. After I purchased the car the first thing I did was bring it in for preventative maintenance. They went through this car top to bottom and gave me recommendations on what we should do now and what could wait. Rai was great to deal with through the whole process. I will not be taking my car anywhere else.
