I went to Auto-Bon for a simple repair, but the manufacturer provided defective parts on multiple occasions. I spent more than a week in an Autobon loaner at no charge and they advocated with the manufacturer to get the company to pay the expenses past the first repair. It was frustrating, but Auto-Bon did all that was possible and spent the time to keep me apprised of the situation as the ordeal ebbed and flowed. Thanks Auto-Bon.
