I own a 2009 Saab 9-3 Sportcombi Aero, and during the past few months I experienced engine misfire issues that caused my car to hesitate during heavy (passing) load. My Saab is special to me and therefore it was important that the problem be found and corrected. I worked with a local Saab dealer to identify and fix the problem, which despite a half day of work and a return visit within the next week, where they held my car for roughly a week, they were unable to find and fix my Saab. Their solution was to do more diagnostics beyond the ignition coils and spark plugs to find the root cause which would add roughly $1500. to the already $850. spent. I took my car back and contemplated a new vehicle, but could not see trading it in when I believed the problem was fixable. I researched and found Auto-bon, and after one visit, which resulted in replacement of a set of ignition coils and plugs, I have my Saab back operating as if it was new. They even went through my car to insure there was nothing else it needed before giving it back. I now have a new place to service my car!! Thank you Auto-bon.
